Definitely the gap between Hatchiyack and Vegeta has to be quite bigger.

Hatchiyack > LSSJ Broly > RSSJ Broly > SSJ Goku > Super Vegeta.

I would compare more Hatchiyack's feat with 2nd form Frieza receiving Vegeta's blast from behind. This just assuming is the original OVA and not the remasterization.
