But Bear-Bandit isn't human, and is probably higher in speed and pure-power than real-life animals.

Well Silver clearly has vastly superior speed and strength to the bear, and so did some other RRA associates. I still think White is weaker than Murasaki, but by so much that he'd be weaker than bear bandit or the boss rabbit seems uncertain

He seems kind-of short and not all that impressive, if that counts for anything.

At-least General-Blue and Colonel-Silver seemed like possible threats even by their appearance.

White looks like he's in pretty good shape to me. As for the topic, there is really no way of telling. The only argument you can make is the Bear Bandit being one-shotted, and White not being one-shotted by a much, much stronger Goku. This however doesn't mean anything when you realize that Goku was heavily fatigued by this time and was likely holding back when he hit White.

That doesn't have to mean Goku was going all out with the punch just that it was much stronger than White's.

It doesn't, but Goku means to show him how it's really done. If he just puts in half-effort, would he really still be doing it?
