Depends how much strength you believe Goku lost from his fatigue. I doubt it'd be so little he's still be above his pre-Roshi training self, so White gets stomped.

He took a hit from Galu that knocked him into the ceiling and wasn't badly injured. Even though the tone of the series made it comedic, it didn't have the complete gag tone or outlier nature of Satan's durability feats.

White doesn't seem overly impressive compared to the others. I'd give it to Goku.
