GOAT Moro; how original is he?

With the latest villain of DBS being a GOAT, as well as taking inspiration from Freeza, Boo, and King Piccolo. What would be his most unique traits to have him set apart from them?

Looking like a GOAT is all he's got. Other than that, he's just a poor Piccolo Daimao clone with a jacked up version of Gero's energy absorption, a boring version of Boo's magic and a level of incompetence on par with Zamasu.

Nothing. He reminds me of a mixture of Yakon and King Piccolo. Nothing really from him stands out but there's a chance for an anime adaptation to make it better IMO.
