It’s just how it ends up being from working backwards with Blue >= Beerus. I’m actually surprised Base Vegetto didn’t end up being multiple times above MZ.

And I’d say this is actually implied in the Manga. Zamasu doesn’t look like he can take Vegetto easily (“One hour should be enough…”), and Vegetto had to eat a Senzu before starting the fight.

And how would Goku have realized that Beerus increased his power so much in that lapse?

What I believe is that Belmod used to be much more powerful and Beerus formerly was much less powerful, which means that at some point Belmod defeated Beerus. I still think that Belmod is very clever when fighting, because he has a lot of wisdom and experience. Maybe Jiren knows all of Belmod's secrets and that's why he can't be defeated by it.

I got to thinking that for the believers that DBS Anime Characters are >>> DBS Manga Characters, at least it was known that Beerus and Champa in the past could destroy an entire Universe with a very casual attack. As we have seen, characters like Vegetto SSJB (Arc Zamasu) and Broly SSJFP are slightly superior to Beerus (ToP) and the latter far surpasses Champa. Therefore the high levels of the Arc Moro in the Manga, should destroy the Universe without any problem. At least speaking in terms of power, the radio is something else.
