I don't like it that much, but since surviving feats are shown not to be consistent, I don't think it pokes a contradiction or anything like this. But I prefer Vegeta opting to fuse as soon as he hears everyone has been taken out, as well as feeling Boo's gigantic chi.

The fight itself isn't bad, and is about as consistent as anything else in Z (especially the filler). If this was in the original manga, I probably wouldn't have even batted an eyelash. "Ope, SS1 Goku managed to punch Gohan-Boo who was distracted by SS1 Vegeta, doesn't really change anything."

Really dislike this new, Super-ish music. The old one from DBZ seems way better, more tension-fitting ane unique to me. The new theme is just not doing it for me.

It was textbook filler, a time waster that offers nothing constructive. Even leaving aside the plot armour within it, Goku not using SS3 was highly illogical and only occurred to stay consistent with Vegeta anticipating seeing its power when Goku fights Pure Boo.

I thought it was good. It shows how Vegeta really feel for selling his soul to Babidi only for Goku to hold back against him. :what :troll2

To be fair, that would have been a waste of energy considering he tried that with Buutenks yet still got casually bested. He knows he had no real hope without fusion.
