Goku Base (Current) vs Android # 18 (Current)?

From what we could see at the beginning of the ToP, Android # 18 was comfortably superior to Goku Base (still very far from Goku SSJ). Then Goku SSJB Kaioken x20 in his second fight against Jiren, he fought much better the first time. Also in chapter 131 you see Goku SSJB fighting at the same level as Vegeta SSJB, the latter being just as powerful as Toppo Base, or as powerful as Goku SSJB Kaioken x2 (Exhibition Tournament). Goku is twice as powerful as at the beginning of ToP in equal ways.

Android 18 appeared to have obtained a pretty substantial power up during her battle against Ribrianne, so this could go either way.

Ribrianne seemingly started off only a tad weaker than the Base Saiyans (early ToP), so obtaining her giant form was likely enough to turn the tables. Her giant form being anywhere between 1.5x - 3x stronger than any Base Saiyan at the time is all within reasonable parameters in my opinion. Either way, she was basically useless against a new-and-improved Android 18; leading to the conclusion that #18 herself had presumably climbed up to a tier that far exceeded the caliber Base Goku / Vegeta were at when they faced Ribrianne.

While Goku did power up as the tournament progressed, the extent of which this occurred is unclear. Having him more or less on par with the version of #18 that wrecked Giant Ribrianne seems like a reasonable place for him.

I feel like any of the following power scales could work.

Android 18 (after flashback) > / = Base Goku (later part of ToP) > Giant Ribrianne > Android 18 = Base Goku / Vegeta (early ToP) > Ribrianne

Android 18 (after flashback) = Base Goku (later part of ToP) > Giant Ribrianne > Android 18 = Base Goku / Vegeta (early ToP) > Ribrianne

Base Goku (later part of ToP) > Android 18 > Giant Ribrianne > Android 18 = Base Goku / Vegeta (early ToP) > Ribrianne

Anime-wise, post-UI Base Goku likely wins. He had an easier time standing in that black hole attack from one of the U2 fighters than #18 did, plus with the small SSJ multiplier for the ToP and #18 being shown to be far weaker than SSJ Vegeta from the Katopesla fight, I'd say the 2x boost that would make Goku equal to Vegeta in the same form would bring him above #18.

Manga-wise, #18 ought to stomp. It's difficult to place the humans much weaker than the Base Saiyans after Roshi and Ten were capable of blocking hits from Frost, someone not too far away from the SSJs, and #18 >> Kuririn is still true as confirmed by Goku.
