Goku black accepted Gowasu's offer

[KyuubiAhri]

instead of stabbing gowasu he takes his hand and goes to apologize to omni king

[Captain Cadaver]

Zen-Oh sees he looks like Goku and is willing to forgive him because of this, but after sensing he isn't who he seems to be, he Hakais Black out of boredom. Only thing that changes is that Trunks and Mai don't go to an identical timeline due to Zamasu not being able to do much by himself, who gets Hakai'd too shortly afterwards. No real major consequences come from it going into future arcs.

Either that, or once Black concedes to follow Gowasu's advice, Goku presses the Zen-Oh button for him to do so sooner, leading to things ending up about 99% the same as in both the anime and manga.

Future Zamasu can only be erased by Zeno's hakai though, lower ranking gods can't kill immortals.

[Captain Cadaver]

I imagine Zamasu would be brought before Zen-Oh as well, since it'd make no sense for just Black to be brought alone.
