Captain Cadaver said:Goku dies of natural causes and can't be wished back with the Dragon Balls. The early events with Cell go the same, but with the Rosat being up in the air as to whether or not Piccolo would make the logical decision of mentioning it. There's two ways this goes:
1. He doesn't think about it. Cell kills everyone even if he doesn't find #17 and #18.
2. Piccolo goes in the Rosat with Gohan after Vegeta and Trunks go in. As the Artificial Humans aren't searching for Goku, they don't come to Kame House and Cell struggles to find them. Vegeta lures him out by raising his Ki and baiting Cell into thinking it's where #17 and #18 are, only to kill him with Super Saiyan. 7 years later, Dabura kills all the Z-Warriors due to killing Kibito as he did in the main timeline and cutting off the possibility of Shin taking Gohan to the Kaioshinkai. In Future Trunks' timeline, he defeats Dabura as in Super by unlocking SS2 and without Goku Black, his timeline remains peaceful unless something causes Moro to break out of prison.

If yes then
1. Only Goku and Vegeta would stand a chance to defeat the Androids since Trunks himself who is weaker than this Androids but can hold himself up against them.
2. Cell would go on absorbing the humans till he get strong enough similarly in the main timeline where he was equal to 16.
3. The heroes gets destroyed and Piccolo dies. Goku and Vegeta will train in the ROSAT to attain ASSjin then kills Cell for good.
In that case, Goku receives the medicine. 6 months later, he destroys #19 with ease and takes on #20. Not being given the opportunity to be told by Yamcha, however, Goku would be caught off guard by #20's energy absorption and have enough absorbed for #20 to make a retreat. Things go similarly to canon once Vegeta arrives until #16, #17 and #18 are activated. #16 kills Goku and the trio leave the defeated Z-Warriors alone.SIAD said:I was referring to what would have happened if Goku had fallen ill 6 months earlier, as in the Future Lines?

The group then decide to gather the Dragon Balls whilst Piccolo waits for Kami to make his decision. They use them to be teleported to New Namek where they wish for Goku to be revived and get teleported back to Earth with Dende. Goku then decides to go into the Rosat whilst Piccolo encounters Cell as in canon. Once Vegeta leaves the Rosat, he lures Cell out as in the scenario I mentioned before and kills him. He enters again after seeing Goku's strength and mastery of SSJ after his turn is over.
7 years later, Dabura is easily dealt with as Gohan likely wouldn't have become quite as weak with Goku alive and even if he did, Goku wouldn't be superior enough to Vegeta for him to resort to being controlled by Babidi. Boo isn't revived and the battle in BoG is far less tense. Things go similar enough to in canon for Super from thereon. I don't think #16 would replace Freeza in the ToP as it would take Bulma too long to reprogram him to not want to kill Goku.
I'd assume this didn't happen in the main timeline as a result of the poorly written explanation of "the timeline's been altered through time travel", seeing as how the sky should've gone black during the battle against #19 and #20 if Pilaf did use the Dragon Balls.withheldforprivacy said:If you take Super into account, don't forget that, around that time, dragon balls had been recently used by Pilaf, so they wouldn't be functioning to revive Goku.
