That's quite doubtful tbh. SSJG doesn't have to be multiple times above Vegetto. It's possible SSJG Goku is like 1.2x SSJ3 Vegetto and non God Goku is on the same league as the top tiers from Boo Arc.

Not when Galu describes it as being a world he never knew existed, plus if keeping manga Goku/Vegeta anywhere close to as strong as their anime counterparts, or treating Goku's image training as a way of conveying Pre-God SSJ Goku ~ Pure Boo, BoG Vegetto would be leagues above his Boo Arc self.

Why you think that?

I have his base extremely superior to anything shown in the Buu Saga ever since the U6 arc. In the ToP arc, his base surpassed SsjB Vegeta from Chapter 19. Unless Toyotaro wants Kid Buu to stay at the top until EoZ, then Goku solos in Base
