Goku SSJ [Cell Games] vs Gohan SSJ [Cell Games] gap

What's your gap between them? It's said in the Boo arc that Gohan was far, far better when he killed Cell:

Chapter: 444 (DBZ 250), P7.1-4
Gohan: “Well, I’ve become a Super Saiyan. Now what? Is it alright if I fight like this?”
Kibito: “…Wh-what tremendous power…I can’t believe he’s a being of the lower world!”
Vegeta: “…Hmph…That bastard, he was far, far better when he killed Cell. It’s because he slacked off in his training during peacetime…”


Yet I doubt anyone has teen Gohan SSJ weaker than Goku was at the Cell Games. But it's difficult to have kid Gohan way stronger than Goku, considering Cell only increased his speed against the former.

I have actually Teen Gohan right around Cell Games Goku or a smidge beneath him but as far as the gap between SSJ Goku and Gohan during the Cell Games I could go with 1 of 2 scenario:

Scenario 1: Gohan has 1.25x lead over his old man (Which I what I prefer, I think that's just fine)
Scenario 2: Gohan has 1.33x lead over his old man (Which is the highest I'll go)

Gohan's comments about goku playing around alone imply a fairly large gap between the two. Cell only increasing his speed doesn't mean much when he and goku were never equal anyway.

If Goku's a 25, Gohan would be a 30-32. Perfect Cell would be a 40.

The gap has to be LARGE, Goku said Dabura was stronger than Cell in order for this statement to make sense, he would have to at bare minimum be talking about the Cell he fought, and Gohan was equal to, if not stronger than Dabura.

SSJ Gohan (Cell Games) > SSJ Gohan (Boo arc) >= Dabura > Cell (@Goku) > SSJ Goku (Cell Games)
