How about Majin Vegeta performs a Gallic Gun and vaporizes Boo and Goku follows up with a Kamehameha? Or Vegeta one shots him alone:

Didn't bullets go straight through Evil Boo? All of the Boos seem to have very low durability, so if Goku uses Shunkan Ido and Kamehameha, the team might actually win. Otherwise, Innocent Boo still wins because he would probably be too fast to hit.

If there is no regeneration, the team wins solely due to the fact that Boo has the worst durability of any character in the manga. One energy blast could effectively kill him if he could not regenerate.

One Ssj2 can fight Boo fairly well, if it were two... well... I'd call it a stomp.

Goku wasn't aware that Vegeta blew Boo to smithereens, and nobody was aware that if another SSj2 performed the cleanup, Innocent Boo would have been defeated at the hands of 2 Super Saiyan 2s. Goku's statement is just based on the fact that Vegeta lost to Boo, so he wouldn't stand a chance.
