Goku SSJ2 (S17) vs Vegeta SSJ2 (Before transforming into SSJ4)?

I like to think that Vegeta progressed a lot between Arc Super # 17 and at this point, since in Arc Super # 17, everything indicated that: Goku SSJ >>>> Vegeta SSJ2 >>>> Vegeta SSJ> Majuub.

While in the Arc de Yi Xing Long, everything indicated that: Vegeta SSJ> Majuub> Pan. Pan at that time easily surpassed Goku Base (Arc Qi Xin Long), but was totally surpassed by Goku Base (Arc Si Xing Long ).

Majuub seemed to be the 3rd strongest of all, managed to stop Yi Xing Long Base in an instant, while Pan was defeated by a light blow from Si Xing Long Base. I also think that the Gap between Vegeta over Majuub should not have diminished.

Who do you think would be more powerful and who would win?

I think Vegeta was much weaker than Galu prior to gaining SSJ4, especially ascribing by the theory that Galus lower forms (base especially) caught up to his SSJ4 form over time.

I agree with that, but I'm talking about Goku SSJ2 (Arc Super # 17) vs Vegeta SSJ2 (Arc Yi Xing Long / Pre SSJ4), where they all got really strong.

I think S17 arc Galu is still around the same as early Shadow Dragons arc galu so he should still win.

I agree. The issue is that Goku Base in the Arc of Si Xing Long was completely superior, because he could fight very well against Si Xing Long Base, while the latter defeated Pan in an instant.

And what do you think between Qi Xing Long (with Pan absorbed) vs Goku SSJ3 (S17)?

Wasn't even Base Qi Xing Long capable of taking hits from SSJ4 Goku?
