Goku SSJ3 (TB23) vs Ginyu?

Goku has no tension when using SSJ3. Ginyu cannot change bodies?

Goku gets stomped imo. At best he'd be around Ginyu's level of power, and he's already at a significant disadvantage having to use SSJ3. He lasts for a minute at most.

Goku would be lucky to even be in the 300 range, so at the very most he'd be able to fight evenly before quickly losing stamina.
