So presumably, Hit is much much stronger than Beerus or Champa, probably even Whiss. During his bout' with Goku, Champa states that his timed punches are essentially invincible, and this was when he was only using 0.1 second reaction strikes. He increases it by as much as 5x during his fight with Goku (Kaio-Kenx10), yet this isn't even his full power yet. Furthermore, Beerus is intimidated by Goku's power when he doubles it in his Kaio-Ken transformation, yet he affirms that he still isn't worried. However, Vegeta makes the remark that Beerus doesn't know what Kaio-Ken is like so his opinion regarding his superiority to Goku probably isn't reliable. Therefore, Hit and Goku are capable of fighting at a level that is far surpassing anyone at the tournament.
