Who would win and why? As far as im concerned they are dead even but the Goku vs Hit fight may prove otherwise.

I think its too early to use Super in battle given that we have less knowledge about it at least for me.

Vegeta has always been ahead of Goku up until Goku hit the Rost with him, he may have stepped ahead once more, but who knows!

At their peak or in equal forms? With the former, Goku oneshots via Kaioken. For the latter, I'd say the manga implies they're about equal during and after the Rosat, though I'd give it to Goku due to a more ranged move pool.
