Interesting. Why does Goku consider Kaioken his full power here? Very odd. Why does he jump to 180k right off the bat?

There has to be a reason why Goku forgoes his true base power.

Ginyu pretty much estimated Goku's full power base with accuracy and wasn't afraid of it. So Goku jumping to Kaioken might be explainable.

It's also worthy note that Goku said he'd have to use Kaioken when Ginyu was holding him, meaning he couldn't get off of Ginyu's full nelson with his full power base.
