This is the Golden Freeza that was apparently not even confident in beating a Jiren who struggled with two base Saiyans and had to knock himself off for a double KO.

SSJ Black has not had any of his Vegeta-induced zenkais.

Who wins?

Post-resolve Jiren being below PSSB tier would raise the question of why didn't #17 walk in and oneshot him when Galu confirmed he was about as strong as he and Vegeta (likely referring to their static peaks of PSSB). You could easily say that #17 wanted to be cautious as feats definitely suggest Jiren to not be a tier above a weakened base Galu, though Freeza's Death Ball was something he struggled with more than pushing back Goku or oneshotting Vegeta. Freeza's feats tend to place his true form at SSJ tier, so I guess he'd have weakened enough to make this an interesting match. I'd say via-scaling, Freeza had probably been weakened enough for Black to take this with high-diff.
