The anime's scaling as well as the gap between the base, SSJ and God forms seems so inconsistent that it's impossible to say. All we can really say for sure is Freeza's True Golden form at the ToP is over 10x stronger than before and that his regular true form self (probably around 50-70%) is consistently portrayed as being around the level of the SSJs during the ToP. I severely doubt the power inflation had reached the point where SSJ Goku/Vegeta were close to their FnF SSB selves or that a 30% or 2x boost above that would bring Freeza above his previous Golden self, and it's not as though stamina would be much of a factor when the stamina drain of 100% is at least as bad as that of the Golden form.

But wasn't it that you had the SSJB 12.5x the SSJ? That would automatically make Goku SSJ (ToP) close to Golden Freeza (FNF).

It is also possible that Goku / Vegeta SSJB (U6 Tournament) have surpassed Golden Freezer (FNF).
