Yeah, Gohan blocks a blast from Ginyu-Goku pretty easily and calls him weak. Kuririn also fought him pretty much evenly. And Vegeta said they were holding back because it was Goku’s body, Gohan and Kuririn could’ve ended the fight pretty easily if they wanted to.

I mean that is frieza 1st form power plus vegeta didn't receive any injuries while he went toe-to-toe with him in that skirmish so the huffing and puffing is not concerning he quickly recovered after that.

Krillin was the only one giving ginyu-goku a hard time while gohan struggled a little without his rage boast he's pretty much there and ginyu was literally grabbing gohan by the shirt before vegeta killed jeice.
Gohan (Full Power): 18,700 but don't worry saiyans adapt and get stronger so its not like this is his total limit.

gohan can adapt as he fights part of the saiyan gene but they couldn't hold back so much as any slip up would result in one of them dying.

Gohan "adapting" has nothing to do with the fact that he straight up tanked a head on attack from Ginyu. He then talked down to Ginyu for being so weak. How the hell is he weaker?

well he was holding back because of goku's body plus that was his current strength he started adapting as soon as he got his head straight and fought ginyu-goku then he tanked ginyu's attack and berated him.
