Kefla is said to rival the Genki-Dama and then surpass UI Omen 1 Goku, maybe even UI Omen 2 since Goku needed a very strong Kamehameha to beat her.
I think Dyspo should be way weaker in his base form. Freeza got beaten all around the arena but wasn't really hurt. He's pretty weak without his speed.
I like that you have Gohan adapting in the tournament. When Vegeta makes a speech about the Saiyans surpassing his limits in the ToP, there's a montage that shows all the Saiyans, including Gohan. I never knew when exactly he adapted though. Also, the narrator says Gohan rivals Goku after they fight. I think he should be at least as strong as 17.
