I think Good Boo would win. Fat Boo (vs Dabra) was stronger than Majin Vegeta / Goku SS2, so much so that Goku wanted to join forces with Vegeta to defeat him. But because of Goku ensure that with the help of Vegeta they would win, I do not think the difference is that big. But Good Boo is substantially stronger than Vegeta SS2, since the former gave much fight to Kid boo than the later. So I do not think Goku and Vegeta together could beat Good Boo.

Oh and also Majin Vegeta managed to beat the Fat Buu (vs Dabra), and was even taking the lead, although I believe that Vegeta was something weaker. I do not think Vegeta could do this to Good Boo.

That's what I said... I do not think that Vegeta and Goku SS2 could defeat Good Boo. Though what we have to remember is that Goku did not know about Boo's regeneration and infinite stamina, but even so I still think Good Boo wins.

Personally I am of those who think that Majin Vegeta SSJ2> Fat Boo (vs Dabura), because despite feeling Piccolo's Ki Fat Buu, Majin Vegeta SSJ2 thought I could win. Only when Fat Boo makes its explosion, he draws his real power and exceeds tremendously Majiin SSJ2 Vegeta. As Goku and say that between Majin Vegeta can defeat it together, it makes me think that they were aware that the power of Fat Boo, was probably not the maximum, if you wanted to not trust.

Vegeta did not think he could win. Kaioshin stated Vegeta knew he wouldn't get out of that alive.
