I'd like to hear about two battles here...

1) Initial Great Ape Goku vs Buff Roshi's Mountain Blast
2) 21st Budokai, instead of aiming at the moon, he aims at Goku. What happens?

Roshi wins both times.

I agree. My thought process. If he can destroy a mountain, he can destroy Goku. If he can destroy the moon, he can destroy Goku.

Yeah, Black's Battle Jacket Rocket also destroyed a mountain, and kicking it dealt Goku (post Karin) some physical pain. I'd say Roshi wins both.

With the robots it's tough to tell. They are clearly stronger than flesh and Bone. It's not a ki thing it's a physical issue

It appears Battle Jacket Black hits harder than Goku at times as well. It's quite possible Battle Jacket Black is actually superior in some ways.
