Just wondering, can't even if dude ever lied. Did he?

He actually told Kuririn that? I mean, i now Kuririn asked for Goku to go FP, but i don't remember Goku confirming it. Of course he didn't deny the request either, but...

Goku never told Ginyu Kaioken was 2x though, nor this is a lie.

He was fighting at his full Tournament level by the end of it, so what he said was true, from a certain point of view.

Not necessarily a lie, considering Gohan's rage boosts are always a random factor and he had the potential to beat anyone at the time through them under the right conditions, considering the kind of boosts he was getting in the Saiyan and Freeza Arcs.

-Said he couldn't beat Fat Buu.

To be fair, he only said he wasn't sure, not explicitly that he couldn't win. Still a lie, but not as solid a one as outright saying the opposite.

He said that he'd show his full power, only went kaioken 2x, and, one second later,
he admitted his lying by saying 'this is nothing compared to my bursts'.

If Gohan's rage boosts are such a game changer he could get a 1,307x one against Raditz, I don't see why Goku would find such impossible.

Yes, but, right before starting the 2x Kaioken power up sequence, he said 'this is my full power'.
