I also have to Goku SSJG (Vs Beerus) as the least powerful, capable of destroying the entire universe character.

SSG Goku isn't quite Universe level, since he only contributed to 50% of the Universal feat, though far above most classifications of Multi-Galaxy level, so something more akin to "Small Universe level".

Zen'o is a Multiverse buster if going by the traditional description of him being able to destroy two or more Universes, which he can certainly do.

SSJB Goku/Vegeta I have (Vs Golden Freezer) as a Universal destroyer. Because I have the SSJB much more powerful than the SSJG, as that shown by us in the fight between Goku vs Hit in the manga.
