This is Hit from episode 104, he can’t adapt or use any assassin techniques vs ToP Freeza, restricted to his final form. Who wins? Keep in mind Freeza did infinitely better against Dyspo.

I have:

Golden Freezer (ToP) > Dyspo (Speed) = Hit (Adapted vs Dyspo) > Hit (Start of ToP) = Hit (Fill).

I have a suspicion that Goku got some sort of Zenkai Power or Power Up after his fight against Hit, as that's the only way it makes sense for SSJB Goku to be stronger than Hit in Episode 104.

I've also thought about the possibility that Goku got stronger in his little training with Whis, but if that was the case, Golden Freeza would be more powerful than Ultimate Gohan in the ToP, when it is clearly suggested that they are both on the same level.

Even in Episode 104, Goku SSJB is shown to be only slightly faster than Dyspo, which is suggested, that Goku SSJB (Vs Dyspo) was still on the level of Golden Frieza and Ultimate Gohan.

It seems like Goku got another power up in Episode 107 when he was resting. I think maybe just by seeing Jiren's terrifying power defeating Maji-Kayo, it will have given him some power boost and thus match SSJB Vegeta.

Hit wins. I have a suspicion that all Blue tier fighters improved as the tournament progressed. But regardless, Frieza can't counter Hit's new moves before Hit nearly incapacitates him with dummy feints and invisible energy blasts.

Hit had to trick Dyspo into the corner of the arena while Freeza was trading blows with him. I don’t see how he’s better here.

Dyspo is an easier to read fighter than Hit due to his linear movements. The mechanics of Hit's TS are a lot more complicated. In his final form Freeza is at most marginally stronger than Hit, only in his golden form is the gap big enough for Freeza to possibly overcome the TS and even then he may lose since Goku is still a better fighter than Freeza.

In Episode 98, Champa states that without Goku and Vegeta, U7 is no match for them before of knowing about Golden Freeza.

So, yeah, it's likely that Base Freeza would lose against Hit even with the PIS of him fighting Dyspo. Also, Hit is more of a complete fighter than Dyspo and far more haxxed; if someone can read Dyspo movements and realize that his movements are direct and predictable, he's done, as happened with Goku and Freeza's case vs him.
