Say if Hollywood would invest more thought and money on dragon ball like they did on Marvel, do you think they can capture that imagination?

I don't think the world needs white Goku again, but if they made a trilogy (Saiyan Saga, Frieza Saga, and Cell Saga being their own movies) then it could work. I don't think the box office would exceed 100 million though. :tapion2

Probably not. Even if giving it the giant amount of movies to tell the story coherently, it would be difficult to get the hairstyles of characters right and portraying battles primarily energy based like those after the Freeza Arc wouldn't really work in live action. Seeing flying fighters punching each other over great distances could be pulled off though, as seen with Man of Steel.

Part 1 DB's action could work with the right choreographers and direction, though it'd mean a lot of the cartoony aspects of early DB that can't translate well into live action such as the character reactions wouldn't work too well.
