How are Saiya-Jins & other aliens capable of flying & ki-blasts if they don’t even know the basics of Martial-Arts?

Why? Because Saiya-Jins can naturally do Ki attacks? How do they do that then? (if I can ask)

ki is just the energy I believe. i’m not 100% sure right-now but I think the concept is that, so technically you could be very power-full but you might not be able to use ki attacks or any-thing.
