ssj3 goku being just abt 4 times more powerful, in your opinion doesn't mean he can blow-up 4x as many solar-systems as cell. that logic doesn't work.

Being able to destroy 12 entire Universes places Zenos above the likes of a fully powered Galactus, a heavily amplified Odin and far-far beyond the likes of any incarnation of Superman, with the exclusion of Thought Robot and potentially Silver Age Superman while he is wielding the Sword of Superman. Superman Prime One Million was recently debunked and he's nowhere near as powerful as people originally believed him to be.

I'd wager that Zenos and Zarama could probably take down all the Celestials in the Marvel Universe, one after another. Heck, they might even be capable of going up against The Beyonders.

Thanos with the Infinity Gauntlet would also get defeated, since it's only effective within it's own Universe and not in alternate Universes. Cosmic Cubes and Infinity Stones wouldn't be effective at this point.

Dragonball Super has really earned it's place among these types of fellows.

He's an eternal Dragon. He is bound by purpose to not do anything other than to grant single wishes. There is no stated limitations towards the wishes that he can grant; therefore, he has limitless potential and is capable of anything.
