I don't have any power levels for the movie, but I don't think it'd be any higher than 2x. I think Piccolo is right up there with Trunks and Vegeta, and while they're all significantly weaker than Goku, I don't think the gap is multifolds.

CG Piccolo can't be all that far away from Trunks and Vegeta. I think the gap between the three is similar as it was during the Androids Saga.

incorrect. People here need to stop with who handled Broly hits better because basing it on that reasoning, Vegeta is the weakest since he got one-shot. Broly toyed with all of them, and it was up to him on whether to one-shot any of them or toy with them as shown. Piccolo was no different
