How big was Semi-Perfect Cell power up to full power?

Big enough that Cell thinks he can defeat someone who was ragdolling his initial power, and for Vegeta to acknowledge the power up:
Vegeta: “Oh, your battle power really flew up there…But so what?”

If i were to say a number, it's a 1.33x boost IMO.

Doesn't have to be too big when considering the gap between KKx2 Galu and FP Vegeta was treat as a lot. A 20% boost will suffice.
