How did more saiyans not survive?

They go on missions to other planets. Did Freeza call them all to Vegeta before destroying the planet?

They also sent very weak saiyans to other planets as babies. I'd expect some child saiyans to be on other planets. Or maybe they all came back in their pods, with some kind of verbal instruction or something to attract them, and then automatically flew them back to Vegeta. Or was it very rare for a saiyan baby to be sent away?

Anyway some did still survive out-side of the obvious ones we remember. Tarble & Broly & Paragus. If you want to count non-canon then Tullece too.

Freeza wasn't aware of Goku's existence though, which might imply there were other low class Saiyans that flew under the radar.

True, but according to DB-Super Bardock send Goku away with-out Freeza’s knowledge.

What about other low BP saiyans, like Goku? Broly, Tullece, Tarble don't match that. Raditz or Vegeta talked as if it was common ti send weak ones to weak plants like Earth

Broly didn't King Vegeta try to stab him as a baby? So maybe they fled and were never caught, as the planet exploded soon after.

Tarble you'd expect Freeza to know about, given his dealings with King Vegeta. But maybe he's older and was sent away before Senhor Freeza dealt with King Vegeta. Then KV never mentioned him, maybe because he's weak. How did Vegeta brother never mention him? It's like he considers him so weak or ineffectual he's not worth recognising as a living saiyan. But when they meet there's no awkwardness like that, like apologising. It's possible he hated Tarble but Tarble never knew how Vegeta felt.

Tullece can't make sense, unless he and his men (who were Freeza troops) rebelled secretly. But I'd expect someone to go and kill them eventually, unless pods can't be tracked.

In the Broly movie, there’s two other Saiyans with Vegeta, Nappa and Raditz when the planet blows up. It’s possible a handful of Saiyans didn’t return, but they were likely killed off. In the old DBZ Bardock special Dodoria kills Bardock’s squad himself.

As for Tullece, he’s most likely a rogue agent. I remember reading somewhere he wanted to take Freeza’s place, even.

I think in Tarble’s case he was send-away long ago. It might even be a case like the person in the iron-mask where he was kept a secret from every-one else before being send-away thus not even Freeza knew about him. The other 2 I think left for good before the planet was destroyed but I can’t remember how it happened since the movie was awhile ago.

Although I don’t know how Paragus wasn’t known by Freeza. Maybe Freeza just was like what-ever when he didn’t see him.

there probley was billons of more sayions around the universe over the years outside of planet vegeta

but most likely off screen before after and during db and dbz that freeza must have found and encountered sayions on different planets in the universe over the years and killed them while at the same time other powerful fighters over the years must of also encountered sayions and killed them too

That makes some sense, but then why leave Raditz alive?

Billions is too many I think, considering how primitive saiyan farming was,how they probably kill the host race on planets they visit and how much they need to eat. And billions would be too many to track down so quickly.
