How do we power scale the true capabilities of Beerus and be

Shouldn't Beerus be capable of more? We are just going off claims here but can we power scale such comparison?

DBZ logic doesn't work like that, I can't imagine SS2 Goku destroying the Solar Systen. All feats and statements belongs to villains only.

And also, how do we know that's all Beerus can do? He hasn't shown his true power capable off, it would surprise me if AT will make Beerus or Whis as galaxy buster.

We can't really powerscale it based on battle power comparisons and such. Take into account the difference between an average human and Piccolo Daimao to be 40x at best, despite the latter City Buster yielding energy that should be millions of times greater. Battle Powers aren't a linear scale for potential destructive capability.

Beerus could be capable of more though, considering there was the promotional trailer of BoG implying he was a Galaxy Buster. There's also Toriyama implying he can destroy the Kaioshin-kai, which takes up a good portion of the DB Universe as shown through guidebooks, though that could've just been Toriyama not knowing such information.

Gotta remember that the cast is filled with notoriously boastful individuals. Also, since Freiza, it was shown that even though Planet Busting is within the realm of possibility, the characters that actually did so had to put effort into it, like charging up a giant mass of energy or something. Meanwhile, Beerus doesn't even have to flex his left buttcheek to pop a planet, so he's basically currently immeasurable. He's far stronger than anyone ever so far, is yet to have an equal other than Whis and the only time he's been defeated was a gag scene.

I think with time his standing in the spectrum will be revealed as his story intertwines with Goku's and we see more interaction between them.
