How do you guys remember things?

This is sort of a general discussion, but can apply to DB as well. I've been debating this stuff for over 4 years now, and I still find myself forgetting my own beliefs, and many important lines. It has been pretty bad for Super recently, but possibly because there are only 4 episodes a month, which gives me a lot of time to forget about what I even watched. How do you guys get this stuff to stick in your head? I've always had this problem with memory, so maybe it's just me.

I remember the stuff I kind-of care about rather easily.

With DragonBall Super it's different since I haven't been keeping-up until recently and have just been hearing a lot about that.

Maybe you just forget stuff easier. It's not really a problem for me when it comes to Dragon Ball but obviously you can't EVERYTHING and it's effortless to check the scourse again anyway.
