Does he have a large storage unit for food?
Does he run a generator?

Has electricity, gas, or anything else been actually visually depicted in the manga, anime, or games? Have we ever seen the Kame House at night? Maybe he fasts, and doesn't actually need light sources.

He has a television, which he used to watch a video of women exercising, doing that lying down glute med raise. Can't remember seeing electrical power cables.

I think there are actually very few night scenes in Doragon Bor Zeta, as the cool kids call it (me, king of the coolius caesars, and of the coolio caesar chavezes in México). The only I recall would be when Puar and Yamcha try to steal the ball of dragons from Bulma and the spike-haired boy whose name rhymes with tofu and the Pilaf saga ending. Perhaps also during rice boy's training, when he becomes a giant bigfoot, but also with a big everything (yes, even that, probably).
I don't recall street lights in the city, but they may have been shown, maybe in the aerial shots of the city where Gero and monsieur meringue-head19 first appear.

Butler Jean Paul: Monsieur, what is the matter?
Napolean: It's...over 8000!
Jean Paul: It's under 9000?!

Funnily enough Nappa's name is closer to Napolean. My joke would work better if Vegeta was called Nappa and Nappa was called...nobody cares bruh, just bring your big muscles on set.

It wasn’t in the manga, but in the anime when Goku & Kame-sen’nin & Kuririn are on the flight heading to the Tenkaichi-Budokai Goku looks-down & sees the city at night.

And it has city lights I guess?

Also I bet Bulma used a blow dryer at some point on-screen.
Yeah, Goku is like “what’s that” (all the lights below at evening/night time) & Kame-sen’nin explains to him that it’s the lights at night.

He just knows Toriyama. They were good friends so he convinced him to draw food for him.
