How does one go about making a Power Level List?

You make up your own analysis regarding how large certain gaps are throughout the series and throw a number down to represent it. The outcome of every fight is different, so the numbers reflecting these gaps will be different.

A key part of making a power level list is trying to fit linear multipliers (Kaio-Ken x2 is a direct 2x boost, for example) into an exponential list (1.2x PL is enough to curbstomp, for example). It's like fitting square pegs into round holes, but everyone and their mom does it without thinking about it, so you'd better do it too.

-Vegeta (24k) vs Monster Zarbon (28k): 1.16x is the ''fast disposal'' gap.
-Whiss (15) vs Beerus (10): 1.5x is a gap sufficient for any feat.
