Agreed. Vegeta said Gohan had the potential to surpass them all if he kept training in Super, which the current events even show to be true. The fact he did so in only a few hours speaks volumes as well, as does Goku saying he plans for both he and Gohan to get even stronger. Freeza's current power is probably close to his natural limit. At best, he can probably reach the same level as Current SSB Goku/Vegeta and Ultimate Gohan. The Golden form is likely something beyond his natural limit, much like the Ultimate mode Gohan has, hence why he referred to it as his further evolution.
