How high are Nr. #19 & #20?

Is their any possibility for them to be below Freeza?

I think that, since AT intended them to be the ones Trunks couldn't beat, he had in mind PLs higher than Trunkses when writing those fights.

But that got changed abruptly, since Goku was beating-up #19 & once Vegeta was finished with him there was no question that AT probably already decided on the change.

Yes.....1st Form Freeza, to be exact. Gero didn't expect Goku to become much stronger than 8k to 32k.

They're not too much stronger than Mecha Freeza imo. Vegeta suggests that they're weaker than SSj Trunks at his debut by saying they're not as bad as the rumors Trunks told.

At least for #19 post yes, #20 post is probably stronger though.

They're stronger than Freeza IMO. Trunks could one shot a full power Freeza (Strongly implied) but 19 was taking several hits from Sick Goku, who at worst is ~ Debut Trunks.

I don't think the robotic Android's can get high. But my own opinion I think Pre Android's are weaker than Freiza. Post Androids

They're stronger than Freeza IMO. Trunks could one shot a full power Freeza (Strongly implied) but 19 was taking several hits from Sick Goku, who at worst is ~ Debut Trunks.

You could argue 19's durability feats being a product of his robotic makeup, also Goku was implied to had been rapidly losing power with every hit.

Sick Goku doesn't need to be stronger than Yardrat Goku or Debut Trunks, in my opinion. Tenshinhan's reaction makes it seem like he's never seen a Super Saiyan before, so perhaps Toriyama forgot that he wrote Tenshinhan seeing Goku 3 years prior. In-universe, you could just say Goku is so far above Ten he couldn't tell the difference and that seeing a Super Saiyan actually fighting is a lot more intense than seeing one standing around.

I have No.19 around Mecha Freeza and No. 20 above. Post absorptions I have No. 19 close to SS Trunks on his first appearance, and No.20 is slightly above SS Yardrat Goku.

Post-Absorptions, I'd peg them at comparable to Sick SSJ Galu, seeing as how Vegeta losing so much Ki taking down #19 to be possibly inferior to Gero or Gero estimating that absorbing Ki from the humans, Gohan and suppressed Piccolo would be enough to turn the tides against Vegeta both seem impossible if both of the Artificial Humans aren't semi-relevant to Pre-Rosat SSJ tier. Via-scaling, I'd place their pre-absorption selves as comparable to SSJ Yardrat Goku.

How powerful is this robotic make up though? A heavily drained Vegeta could still rip his arms off, and so could Piccolo with 20. And Goku was still at his peak on the first blows regardless.

I agree, somewhat. Tenshinhan does imply this is the first time he's seeing SSJ Goku, and you can clearly see the difference between Yardrat Goku's and Sick Goku's aura, with the later's being way more intense. He's definitely at least = Trunks though. Goku pushing back a droid that Trunks feared despite being weaker than him would be a obvious clue for Tenshithands.

How strong you think Sick Goku is? Do you think he could be even weaker than Namek Goku or Freeza?
