Hard to tell. I don't want to say it'd be as close as Goku vs Freeza but also not being bigger than Goku vs Cell (I think on the latter). Maybe some-where in-between. Or maybe Goku/Cell level gap is fine.

I have him at 90% FPSSJ2 Gohan, which makes him equal to SSJ2 Goku/Majin Vegeta in my books.

That and it's a mix of Gohan's anger making him stronger. When I said Gohan, I referred to Gohan after he first transformed.

I believe that the father-son kamehameha is stronger than both Gohan and SPC, and also it's why Goku said that if Gohan got angry, no one in the world could defeat him.

Obviously not as high as Gohan. I learnt through the teachings of Hure Gohan is the highest.

Seriously though, he'd be pretty close in power to SS2 Gohan. He was confident in turning things around and off-guard or not, Gohan wouldn't have been anywhere near as wounded as he was if Cell wasn't close to his level.

Probably like Goku/Cell or Goku/Freeza gap with Gohan being on Goku's place as stronger.
