How long could Goku fight at 100% Base or 100% MSSJ for?
90%
80%
70%
60%
40%
20%

Basically what's the relationship between his power output and how much faster he'll get tired?

Goku got tired vs Cell, right? Was that from using too much ki power, like what happened to Freeza? Or something else, like his physical body getting tired from having to make up for his ki/speed not being high enough to keep up with Cell? Like if Vegeta and Goku fought each other with their PLs equalised to 1000, would their bodies eventually get tired, because their ki outputs would barely be enough to keep up with each other, so the stress would be transferred to the body?

I think he could fight nearly infinitely if he wasn't using ki. Goku wasn't showing any signs of slowing down against Cell until after his max Kamehameha, in which a massive loss of his stamina occurred. Then he was even further drained after firing a ki barrage at Cell which forced Cell to put up his barrier. He was weakened enough for Cell to suggest taking a senzu bean to restore his power, and the fight hadn't been going on all that long. So despite being an MSSJ, he was still losing power quickly. If the fight was purely hand to hand then it would have been different.

So with that, I think it would depend on how much ki he was using at each of those levels. If it was consistent with his fight against Cell, he'd last incrementally longer at each suppression level.

Yeah it makes sense that Goku would be capable of fighting forever given the amount of training he's done.

The only time I can remember that saving energy actually mattered in Dragon Ball was in the ToP, and that was a huge mess.
