How many powerups does Fourth Form Frieza have?

3. Warm-up against Goku (not sure if this is different from no. 2 but Goku deflected those death beams really easily)
4. No hands
5. 50%
6. 100%

I go with basically this... though I believe 5 = 6... as in Freeza rose to 70% to block the attack.

See...i'm skeptical he powered up vs Vegeta or Goku before he went to 50%.

I think he just has 4 powers.

When he used no hands vs Goku..he was still at the same power level....just that he went from having a small advantage vs Goku to having a small disadvantage..which is just based on him not being able to use his hands.

He did say he upped his speed when he tooled Vegeta....but to me that just means he used the true capacity of his speed at the power he was already at. I think Vegeta just did not realize how powerful Freeza was...maybe he had a Cell moment or something.
