How many times stronger did Goku get after training with Kor

It is stated Goku became many times stronger after Korin, so he really was that much weaker than Tao
initially. It also becomes obvious later, when...
-He one shots Mummy, who's around Goku Pre Water power
-Devil sees the fight and he's still confident he can win
-Goku one shots Devil too

When Goku faces a second time against Tao Pai Pai, Goku overcame him completely. Tao then fight with all its power, but still, Goku was still far exceeding.

I think Tao just maybe wasn't trying his hardest. I'm not sure though, I never heard of that.

It's hard to say what the gap between them was when they first fought. Goku only really throw one punch/kick combo, which Tao dodged. Goku wasn't knocked out from Tao's kick, which might mean something (Blue and Bora would suggest Tao always goes straight for the kill). Tao did seem to need to block Goku's kamehameha, which likely doesn't have a big amp at this point.

In their second match Tao is close enough to at least be able to hurt Goku.

So if Goku was a 100, I'd say Tao might be 150 in the first match, and post-Korin Goku would be ~170.

I think Goku was shown to be tougher than anyone else in the world at this point.

So Tao probably figured that kick would knock someone at Goku's level out, but Goku's obviously shown to be tougher than most others in DragonBall.

I don't really think so. He didn't handle Yamcha quite as easily as Roshi did back at the 21st Budokai.

Didn't General Blue get hit by Krillin. I think the reason why he was such a threat was because of his psychic powers. He was strong on his own yeah, but I don't think he has to be stronger than Goku from the 21st Tenkaichi-Budokai.

Yeah I just made sure he was weaker than Goku by a bit. I remember thinking that Krillin managing to hit him didn't mean too much, but he might be lower, yeah. I didn't intentionally try to make him > 21st Goku.

Krillen used an afterimage attack to land a hit on Blue, Blue is a good deal stronger than Krillen. I'd say that Blue ain't too far off from 21st Budokai Goku and considering that Krillen is able to pick up Goku ( Blue ) > Goku ( 21st ) makes me feel that Krillen is probably using him as a guideline for that.

Tao being 2x Goku seems a bit much imo. 60% is more than enough considering Goku vs Ginyu Force.
