How much did Bojack and Kogu gain by transforming?

He used so much power that his blood pressured-up & his skin lightened & got green. From Blue to Green.

FP 2nd form Cell is also described as quite a bit stronger than his suppressed version. Duzzin mean he multi-folded his power or some shit

Bojack was able to survive hits from SSjin 2 Gohan.. he was clearly toying and the Daizenshuu implies he was much stronger until Gohan went SSjin 2

If I go with Super Bojack being 1.5x stronger than Base Bojack than I go with

FP Perfect Cell >= Super Bojack > Base Bojack > SSJ Gohan >= Perfect Cell (Vs. Goku/Gohan)

If I go with Super Bojack being 2x stronger than Base Bojack than I go with

FP Perfect Cell = Super Bojack > Base Bojack = SSJ Gohan >= Perfect Cell (Vs. Goku/Gohan)
