Bojack didn't transform. He just used full-power.
He used so much power that his blood pressured-up & his skin lightened & got green. From Blue to Green.

I go with a 1.5x increase. I could work with 2x at best.

Bojack was able to survive hits from SSjin 2 Gohan.. he was clearly toying and the Daizenshuu implies he was much stronger until Gohan went SSjin 2

If I go with Super Bojack being 1.5x stronger than Base Bojack than I go with
FP Perfect Cell >= Super Bojack > Base Bojack > SSJ Gohan >= Perfect Cell (Vs. Goku/Gohan)
