How much time passed between the Future arc and ToP?

Both Beerus and Whis comment that Vegeta has improved significantly, so how much time passed?

Manga-wise, there's no real timeframe given and the lack of major growth from Pan would suggest it wasn't really more than maybe a month or two. If assuming the dates given in the Xenoverse games are to be treat as canon to the manga timeine, then it could be potentially bigger as the FT Arc's present timeline events take place in Age 779 and the ToP to current in Age 780, though it's probably not many months separating both given the timeskips between each arc in the manga from the ToP onwards.
