How powerful is Dyspo (Anime)?

Dyspo couldn't damage Final Form Freeza and struggled with Maji Kayo who SSJ Goku could fight so I am just going to say is somewhere around SSJ Goku level give or take. Hit vs Dyspo was an outlier, especially since Hit stomped Dyspo after he figured out how to counter Dyspo's strategy.

After powering up in his super speed mode I think Dyspo's power increases as well since his hits were hurting Golden Freeza and Ultimate Gohan but he's still below Blue tier since Gohan was still able to physically overpower him.

Goku also used SSJB against Kuririn, a random alien poacher, Nink, Trio de Danger, Ribranne, and BSSJ Kale, who he later demonstrated he could have stomped as a SSJG.

Toei has a weird obsession with having Goku use his God forms against fighters on par with his base and lower forms.

I'll go to Chapter 109 of DBS. When I get to that part, I can confirm the real power of Dyspo. As for Freeza, I have this:

Freeza Fourth Form (50%) = 50
Goku SSJ = 40
Vegeta SSJ = 80

Dypso seems like a rag doll yet it is supposed to be a 'sacrifice' that Gohan takes himself down to defeat him. Don't remember him doing anything special so I got him at SSB without limit breaking instinct or whatever.
