1. initial SSJBE Vegeta compare to KK20X Goku
2. Full Powered SSjinBE Vegeta compared to UI Goku and other top tiers

His initial self should be more or less equal to KKx20 SSB Goku based on how they performed against Jiren. Vegeta would probably win in a fight based on showing better stamina.

At full power, probably still below Initial UI Goku. Toppo stating Jiren had seen the depths of UI Goku's power from the previous fight and the Kefla battle would suggest the gaps between all 3 usages of the form were pretty small, yet SSBE Vegeta was still treat as nothing compared to Goku's 3rd usage.
