This occurred on Namek, right before he kicked Freeza.

Goku
-Base 3,000,000

Piccolo
-Full Power 1,600,000
--Miracle Kick 3,700,000

Kuririn
-Full Power 300,000

Gohan
-Full Power 1,800,000

I doubt he was at full power. Unless giving chi has some sort of multiplier.

Dende healed Piccolo, Krillin, and Gohan before Freeza transformed into his true form. Why wouldn't they be at full power or at least close?

I think he could defeat 3rd form Freeza, but post Zenkai Vegeta would still be too much. Something like this:

Kuririn - 280,000
Gohan - 1,000,000
Piccolo - 1,575,000
3rd form Freeza - 2,120,000
Piccolo (post most of Gohan and Kuririn's chi) - 2,725,000
Vegeta - 3,150,000

Freeza didn't even hit them once and all they did since Vegeta vs. Freeza started was fly to safety. They weren't injured in the least.

It's funny, because even though you're right all they did was fail to hit him after he transforms, Piccolo is drawn looking winded, and even tells gohan and kuririn to give them their "remaining chi" as if they were weakened. I mean piccolo shouldn't even have needed their chi if he was at full power.

Piccolo definitely need their Chi to make as much of a difference as possible, he was trying to save Goku.

Oh yeah, Dende did heal Piccolo. In that case he could be around 3rd Form Freeza or even above.

If furiza was 60 million, it shouldn't have made much of a difference

Shouldn't have is subjective logic.

It didn't, much. All it did was knock him into the water while his attention was turned elsewhere, like SSJ Trunks knocked Fat Boo away with a surprise kick, despite also being much weaker.

Let me rephrase that into something more definite then.

If furiza was 60 million, the difference in piccolo alone vs piccolo plus gohan and kuririn wouldn't have mattered. He'd have to take him totally by surprise either way. It makes more sense if he needed their energy to get back to full strength.

What I was saying is the text seems to forget that piccolo was healed. Which is why I made my initial comment in this topic. I clearly remembered a scene where a winded piccolo wanted kuririn and gohan to give him their remaining power.

Piccolo doesn't look injured as he was post-3rd form Freeza at all. The text (or Toriyama) doesn't have to have forgotten that Piccolo was healed, but it could just as easily be the case that he wanted their power as extra insurance to surprise-attack Freeza faster.
