All we know is Tien could destroy Gotenks Boo's attack used on Hercule and Dende. Tien and Chaozu also dodged Super Boo's Genocide attack. Outside of that, nothing.

Gotenks-Boo tried to intimidate Goku by using his feat of knocking out Tenshinhan in a single kick, so Tenshinhan is likely stronger than SS3 Goku.

Tenshinhan was the strongest person for Goku to fuse with after Vegeta.

I see no reason for them to have surpassed 1 million. Tienshinhan has seemingly worked to strengthen the effect of his Kikoho, but that doesn't necessarily mean that he became overwhelmingly more powerful; rather, the effectiveness of his technique improved.

I like having Krillin and Tenshinhan (Boo) Freezer relatively close to 100% (Namek). Whereas Human (Arco Android) were strong enough to be considered of some use against two more powerful characters SSJ Trunks (Trunks Arco). Then will train 7 years, although Krilin (FnF DBS), still feared Frieza return to Earth, being Krillin did not know of its increased power, so we Frieza 100% (Namek)> Krilin (FnF DBS)> Tenshinhan (FnF DBS). But on the other hand, Krillin was so confused that even was afraid of being killed by soldiers Frieza, besides just trust Mr. Boo and Gohan to defeat Frieza, Piccolo completely forgetting. The truth is unclear, but I like to think that at least Krillin and Tenshinhan (Boo) are about 40% and 90% of Frieza, Yamcha by while something like 20% of Frieza and 4% Chaozu Frieza.

They can literally be anywhere from 1,000,000 to the androids and not contradict anything. I like to go with them being around a hypothetical 30% Freeza.

Power Level wise I think that they probably reach 1,000,000. I have all of their Super power levels at over 1,000,000 so there shouldn't be much change. Especially since Krillin and Yamcha don't train.

The humans are still far under the Base Saiyans in the Android arc (which is probably their peak except for maybe Tien who could have made some gains here and there but nothing really significant) and the Base Saiyans don't even reach 10% of Freeza at the time. The most I see them beating is No Hands Freeza.

I think the humans managed to surpass Goku when he fought Freeza on Namek, but anything above is probably too much for them. Not sure where I would put them power level wise, but this is mostly where they stay from the Androids arc on IMO.

I haven't looked at my Buu Arc. Numbers in sometime. I put the humans in varying positions. I think I put Yamcha inbetween 2nd and 3rd form Frieza, Krillin inbetween 3rd Form and Initial Final Form Frieza. While I put Tien a good bit above Final Form Frieza.

Goku required a massive 33x Zenkai to get as powerful as he was on Namek, I don't see them multiplying their power by that degree.
