As I said, Kuririn may be stronger on their base levels, but Tienshinhans Super Kikoho would rip Kuririn (The real name) in two.

And Krillin's Kienzan would cut Tenshinhan* in half before Tenshinhan* got the chance to use his Shin* Kikoho.

Everyone is capable of performing the Kienzan, so Tienshinhan would simple strike him first, thus ensuring his victory and proving why my opinions are write in the first place.

Why do people put Tenshinhan above Krillin?

I honestly don't know, people wants to say because Ten is always training but I find that to be meaningless because, one Ten has no feats following the Saiyan arc so how strong he's become is really up in the air and two Krillin is stated to be stronger by several sources (BOG promo material, Yamcha, AT, etc)without anything contradicting it. Some people even go as far as saying Ten isn't human when the same material that implies that lists him in the "Earthling" category anyway.

Why do people put Tenshinhan above Krillin?

Maybe it's cause Krillin really hasn't done anything useful since the Frieza arc?
And I mean Tien has constantly been shown to be above Krillin since his debut in dragon ball :V

Honestly though, I don't know why people rate Krillin so high, to me even Yamcha is more impressive than he is

@op: They're somewhere in the Namek Saga base Goku area, but they probably didn't surpass him by any noticeable amount IMO.

The actual purpose of the Z-Sword was to release the Old Kaioshin, so I would not place too much emphasis on Katchin besting the sword. There should be no actual reason that Katchin would not be cut from a Kienzan.
